Responsibilities:

  • Develop new features and maintain current system using PHP
  • Troubleshoot production application issues under pressure and define a path to resolve them
  • Learn new technology to enhance performance of web project
  • Create clean, well-documented, efficient, and standards-compliant code with an eye towards performance optimization
  • Assist in requirements gathering and technical planning to design solutions that meet client needs
  • Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules

Requirements:

  • Computer science degree or an equivalent degree
  • Have knowledge in PHP, jQuery, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Bootstrap, MySQL, Laravel, CakePHP, Wordpress, Magento, GIT
  • Knowledge of object oriented PHP programming
  • Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions
  • Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages
  • Good problem solving skills / Good communicating skills / Teamwork skills

Bonus points:

  • Knowledge and experience working with Amazon Web Service
  • Good English reading and writing ability. Basic English Oral communication ability
