Payments Policy
Payment is due when our completes each milestone as listed in the Work Plan and Milestones schedule, and Client accepts the Deliverables for that milestone.
One of the issues surrounding any web design and development contract negotiation is the issue of what payments should be processed at what time. The almost, agencies and clients have agreed to invoice and settle payments around agreed-to milestones.

A client's payment schedule is tied to project's milestones
We require 50% deposit of the contract value at the time of starting the project.
When you’ll approve design and complete coding the whole site then we’ll show you the site from our server. After your approval you need to pay remaining 50% to enable us to transfer the whole site to your server.
By the time the site is goes live, we've already received 100% of the project fees. We've both mitigated our risk, and attached our payments to our performance. It's everyone's best interest to work this way.
