Warranty policy

Warranty covers defects in the scope we delivered, for the period written in your contract. After launch, hosting, SSL, and website management are separate services — not an open-ended warranty.
What we fix
Faults that stop the delivered website, app, or software from working as scoped, when they come from our work — not from a later change you or another vendor made.
What we do not cover
New features, content you add later, third-party platforms changing their API, or hosting you run yourself outside a FAMA package.
After launch
Go-live is the start. Domain, hosting, SSL, content, and management can continue under an agreed package so the product does not stall the day after launch.
