FAMA work is scoped to a brief. Refunds follow the signed quote or contract — this page does not replace that document.
Custom work
Websites, apps, software, and related services are made for your brief. Time and work already delivered are not automatically refundable like a boxed product.
Before work starts
If a prepaid amount has not been applied to started work, we will discuss returning the unused part. Write to us with the quote reference.
Disputes
If the delivered work does not match the signed scope, contact us. We will review against that scope first. The contract’s dispute clause applies if we cannot settle it here.
